With a great deal of destruction and population migration caused by the war, Ukraine has an urgent need for reconstruction. Partnerships between Ukrainian and foreign municipalities as well as collaboration between the public and private sectors can help to restore destroyed housing and to build new homes more effectively. This panel addresses the issue of public-private partnerships in reconstructing Ukraine and discusses how new ideas of communal buildings can make homes more accessible.
