It is recognized that Culture has a powerful driving role in emergency response and recovery of a country, being at the center of social cohesion, collective and individual wellness. In this session, UNESCO approach and response programme in Ukraine will be presented, looking at a twofold approach: monitor and protect cultural heritage (in all its forms); as well as supporting the livelihood of cultural producers, cultural services deliveries and artists, to continue creating and producing.
