A recent report published by CSIS recommends that to “guard against corruption, NGOs in Ukraine should agree to a common code of conduct” with the objectives of transparency and accountability. In cooperation with the report’s authors, Brock Bierman and Daniel Runde, the speakers of this panel will address ways in which NGOs should both identify and prevent corruption in Ukraine’s recovery efforts. Together, they will present a joint code of conduct which will be open to signatures from all organizations.
