This panel addresses access barriers for engineers and construction companies in the Ukrainian market. Recognition of engineering qualifications in Ukraine is a challenging process, further complicated by Ukrainian language requirements. Key topics of discussion include the mutual credential recognition of engineers, in the context of solutions proposed within the European Union, issues of hiring foreign personnel for projects in Ukraine and considerations related to insurance, occupational health and safety.
