The Ukrainian conflict involves both civilian and military healthcare systems. Large scale operations take thousands of lives and cause widespread harm. In these circumstances, it becomes crucial to deliver medical care of the highest standards to those affected. Civilian-military cooperation is established to solve that problem on multiple levels, from training, medical logistics, evacuation to medical care in austere environments. The aim of this panel is to address challenges related to the delivery of medical aid and assess good practices of civilian-military cooperation with the ultimate aim of decreasing mortality rate in this conflict.
