A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Lublin. For many years associated with the labor market of people with disabilities. He has practical experience in the field of professional activation of people with a certified disability, career counseling and designing solutions facilitating remote work. In his work he is focused on building good relationships with people, creating business strategies, optimizing processes, co-creating trainings and courses for HR departments.
