Paulina Bednarz has been associated with the “Institute for Democracy and Private Enterprise” Foundation since 2003. She has co-carried out a number of works related to with supporting the legislative process, the development of civil society and the promotion of the CSR. She is a member of the research team in projects focused on business ethics, legislation, ethics in the operation of enterprises and local governments, and the development of SMEs. For 6 years she has been implementing the “Employment Fair Play” standard. She has coaching competences – conducting numerous workshops, trainings and conferences as part of implemented projects for employers, employees, state administration (local and central level) and non-governmental organizations. She is the co-author of many publications and research reports, incl. a study taking into account the elements of BSR in human resource management and an analysis of economic benefits resulting from the use of BSR. She completed the World Bank course entitled “Introduction to Corporate Social Responsibility – Poland”. A graduate of the University of Humanities in Pułtusk – Faculty of Political Sciences and MBA (HR) at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
