Dr. Oleksiy Feliv is a recognized legal practitioner with 18 years of experience in consulting mainly foreign business in Ukraine. He specializes in large-scale projects in Energy/Renewables, Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure, involving foreign investment and related project financing. Since the beginning of the large-scale war in Ukraine, Oleksiy has been engaged as expert advisor in the Rehousing Ukraine Initiative. Initiated by the Affordable Housing Institute (USA) and locally supported by INTEGRITES (Ukraine), the Initiative aims at helping Ukraine readdress the housing and urban redevelopment challenges.
