Mariusz Tywoniuk is the Director of the Representative Office of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Rzeszow and partner in the Tywoniuk & Partners Law Firm, as well as Proxy of the OCG Group. He is a lawyer, specialist in business and corporate law. Since 1998, he was engaged in legal consulting providing legal services to companies including: mergers, acquisitions, transformations and restructuring processes. He handles investments with the participation of Eastern capital in Poland and the expansion of Polish companies to Ukraine. Among the awards he received was the World Bank’s Diploma of recognition for his contribution to the development of entrepreneurship (2015), and Polish-Ukrainian economic mace for outstanding actions for Polish-Ukrainian economic cooperation (2017).
