Joanna Józefiak is an Expert in International Relations; Strategic Operations and Financial Management of healthcare systems, as well as crisis management. She President of the Mediciner – International Healthcare Association based in Frankfurt Oder, close to the Polish border. She is also CEO of Brandmed in Słubice, the first Polish-German medical center where both Poles working in Germany and Germans from the border region can apply for medical treatment. Joanna was directly involved in building from scratch innovations in healthcare, e.g. during the Covid19 pandemic. Ms Józefiak is the first Polish woman granted the title of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a US international negotiation diploma. Venerated speaker on healthcare issues in Poland, Germany, USA, and Switzerland. She is also one of the most influential advocates for the Polish community abroad. Since Russia’s full invasion of Ukraine in February, she has been coordinating medical humanitarian aid for hospitals in Ukraine from German and American clinics as well as private donors.
