Since 2016 Bartosz Pogan has been a deputy commander of division and rescuer in the Maltese Medical Service (one of the activities in the Order of Malta Poland. The Order of Malta has been dedicated to medical and humanitarian aid since XI century). He is trained in Tactical Combat Casualty Care. From the beginning of the conflict, he has been organizing a medical point at Cracow railway station where thousands of refugees got immediate medical help. Organizator of humanitarian aid transports to Ukraine, including specialistic drugs and medical equipment for regions of Kiev, Lviv, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Odessa, Donetsk, Zhytomyr and Sumy. Bartosz was responsible for the evacuation of disabled people from a railway station in Lviv during the first month of the war. The pressure was on the comfort of the transport that was especially prepared for people in wheelchairs. He also carried out medical evacuations of patients from hospitals and wounded soldiers.
